Building Lasting Change Through Community Partnerships Since Day One

Since our founding, we have been committed to fostering meaningful, long-term relationships with the communities where we live and work. This dedication is not only a core principle but a proud tradition that continues to guide our actions and initiatives today.

As part of this commitment, we invest in a variety of programs and partnerships that bring positive, lasting change

We actively engage with our communities through our DC and G&G programs, contributing via fundraising, pro-bono advisory, volunteering, mentoring, and financial donations. Our efforts are focused on creating positive, lasting impacts that strengthen the areas where we live and work.

We build strong partnerships with our clients to deliver sustainable, long-term value, helping them achieve their sustainability goals and drive meaningful change in their industries.

We cultivate a diverse workforce united by shared values, prioritizing knowledge sharing and skill development. This enables our team to support each other and our clients while fostering a strong, collaborative culture.

Aligned with our culture of giving, DiliCapital’s DEN, DEC, and DIG programs provide financial support to eligible non-profit organizations, reinforcing our commitment to social impact.

We encourage employees to seek board placements in non-profit organizations. Through our partnerships, we offer regular opportunities for employees to engage in impactful board service roles.

Our Community Day initiative empowers employees to volunteer with local non-profits, providing time away from the office to directly contribute to their communities.

Launched in January 2022, our ONEM Jobs campaign aims to create one million jobs. ONEM focuses on investment that creates jobs and supports businesses through transition and recovery.
