The Dili Inclusive Entrepreneurship Challenge (DEC) identifies and supports innovative entrepreneurs who are creating impactful solutions, particularly in underserved markets, by providing them with the platform and financial support they need to scale. The Dili Innovation Grants (DIG) offer grants to high-potential entrepreneurs and startups focused on creating scalable and sustainable businesses, with a particular emphasis on innovation and social impact.
